Programme Overview

12-week Structured fitness programme designed for Children 7 – 12 Years, allowing taster sessions of various games, Improving physical and mental wellbeing. Developing team playing skills. Focusing on fun, safety and healthy habits.

Trying out each week a variety of games over the course of 12-week programme all children will have had a chance to play the following:

Football Bootcamp | Netball | Hopscotch Mini Tennis | Badminton | Cricket | Dodgeball | Sit fit | Dancing | Circuit | Yoga | Jump Rope | Simon Says | Musical | Statues | Kick the Can | Bulldog

Weekly Structure

Each weekly session includes. 2 games sessions. Nutrition lesson. Fun activities and Games. Optional Family challenges.
